How to Honor Your Grandparents on Your Wedding Day

Written By: Sabrina Peters

If you are lucky enough to have a relationship with your grandparents in the adult stage of your life, you know it is a bond that goes unmatched.

There are so many traditional ways to weave your adoration for your grandparents into your wedding day - wearing an heirloom as your something borrowed, featuring their wedding photo at your welcome or dessert table, sharing the same first dance song. The list goes on and on.

When our bride, Kelsey, came to us, asking for ideas on how to honor her relationship with her beloved Pepere, we suggested doing a first look.

Pepere was a classic grandpa if there ever was one - he was witty, funny, with a touch of sass, and above all else, he was smitten with his granddaughter.

Don't take our word for it - grab some tissues and watch this clip, captured by Northwest Film Co.
