A standout moment of the evening came from the groom’s sister, who owns a charcuterie company in Missouri. She curated a beautiful and mouthwatering charcuterie display, which became the centerpiece of the cocktail hour. Not only was it a culinary treat, but also a work of art—vibrant cheeses, perfectly cured meats, and carefully selected accompaniments that reflected the couple’s love for family, food, and fine craftsmanship. It was a personal and special touch that added a warm, welcoming feel to the celebration and gave guests a taste of the couple’s unique story.
One of the highlights of the evening was the food, which was expertly catered by the couple’s favorite Portland-based restaurant, Gumba.
